You can usually find it in the following path: C:/Program Files/Counter Strike 1.6. By the way, when you have overwritten the mentioned files in the cstrike folder, look for the bin folder and the TrackerUI.dll file in the cstrike folder and if you find it, delete it immediately and you can reset the key values by opening the CS 1.6 game menu. options> keyboard and press the “use defaults” button.
